Hi everyone.
In this blog we solve the CTF Scan Surprise of PicoCTF.
So, by the tags we know that we will use shell and qrcode. And it give us a zip file named challengue.zip, download it.

Once downloaded it show a QR code named flag.png.

Scan it with any website that allow scan QR codes.

This challange was simple, as you can see, only scan it the QR Code we can see the flag.
